A 16-player recreational team is replacing its match jerseys. The supplier has a sport-specific numeric chart, so ordinary S–XL assumptions would create avoidable mistakes.
Collection setup
Title: Autumn league jerseys. Garment: adult match jersey, standard cut. Vendor note: Series MatchPro; check chest width on the supplier chart. The copied labels are 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, and 46.
What stays outside
Player numbers, goalkeeper color, deposits, and delivery are already coordinated elsewhere. They are not added as extra SizeSheet questions, because this collection owns exactly one apparel-label response per participant.
A correction before close
One player rechecks the chart and changes 40 to 42 through their receipt. The manager immediately sees one fewer 40 and one more 42, then closes the collection before sending the stable tally to the supplier.
