Data the product stores
A collection stores its title, garment context, optional deadline and expected count, ordered size labels, self-reported display names, one selected label, optional short notes, lifecycle state, and non-identifying activity.
Data it does not ask for
SizeSheet does not request accounts, email, phone, address, payment, measurements, gender, age, uploads, delivery preferences, or vendor credentials.
Capabilities and visibility
Private capabilities stay in URL fragments, are kept per tab in session storage, are removed from the address bar, and are sent only in dedicated request headers. Participant pages never expose other responses or aggregate counts.
Retention and analytics
Inactive collections expire after 180 days and managers may delete sooner. Optional analytics runs only after consent and never receives private routes, locators, names, labels, notes, counts, or capabilities.
